The Town Administrator enforces the policies and procedures of the Mendon Selectboard. She prepares agendas and staff notes for Selectboard meetings, monitors spending categories, responds to citizen complaints, prepares grant applications, addresses personnel issues, interfaces with state and federal agencies, and addresses administration issues not covered by any of the other town department.
