FIREWORKS PERMIT APP

**Please Note: Applications must be submitted at least one day prior to requested burn date, or by Thursday for a weekend burn. They can be submitted electronically to mendonbridge10@gmail.com or dropped at the Town Office in the gray drop box.  Please note the Town Office is only open by appointment M-Th 9am – 4pm.  Once you have submitted your burn permit you must call the Fire Warden to let him know, you can leave a message with your name and dates of burn. You will get a copy of your approved burn permit by email so please provide one.
