The August 19, 2024 Mendon Planning Commission meeting will be held in-person at the Mendon Town Office at 5:15 pm. The Sachdev Application for Site Plan Review is noticed for 5:30 pm regarding the former Econolodge property on Route 4, and is a continuation of the Site Plan Review hearing that began on July 8, 2024. An application submitted by Nick Romano for site plan approval for a change of use application to convert a restaurant (formerly Flannel’s Restaurant) to a 12-bedroom single family residence for occupancy and as a rental property is scheduled for 6:30 pm.
