The July 8, 2024 Mendon Planning Commission meeting will be held in-person at the Mendon Town Office at 5:15 pm. The Smith subdivision matter has been noticed for 5:30 pm on that date, which will last until approximately 6:30 pm when the Econolodge site plan application will be considered, assuming that a complete application is timely submitted. In that event the hearing will be noticed and adjoining landowners notified.
Interested persons may attend in-person at the Mendon Town Office or remotely via a GoToMeeting link that is posted below.

The June 3, 2024 Mendon Planning Commission meeting will be held in-person at the Mendon Town Office at 5:15 pm. The Smith Subdivision matter that had been noticed for 5:30 pm is being continued to Monday, July 8 at 5:30 pm. A resident with a home occupation question is scheduled for 5:30 pm instead. The MPC will otherwise continue its review of the Mendon Zoning Regulations if time permits.
