Land Records for Books 17-65( July 15, 1939 to June 2001) are scanned only and not indexed yet. If you need to find an image in those books you will need to search by book and then find the page(s) you are looking for.
The online system is available by clicking the logo above; if you only want to view the index, there is no charge and you can sign in as a guest. If there is a record that you want to view or print, you must purchase a subscription or make an appointment to come to the Town Clerk’s Office. You should log in as a guest first and be sure that the document is in the system before you pay for a subscription.
